BOUNTIFUL BLESSINGS BROUGHT BY BEAUTIFUL FEET
Isaiah 52:7 “How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, who proclaims peace, who brings glad tidings of good things, who proclaims salvation, who says to Zion, “Your God reigns!”
Focus: The Power and Beauty of God’s Word in us, prompting us to proclaim its peace to others.
The Bible is ALIVE with the PRESENCE of GOD!!! The Bible is the LIVING WORD, and as we read, it gives us Beauty of Character, as God’s Virtue Courses through our entire being. When we receive God’s Word, it captivates our minds, as we see the BEAUTY, PEACE, and PLEASURE, that come from getting to know GOD. Yes! Yes! Oh, Yes! God’s Word reveals Him to be a Wonderful, Marvellous, Caring, Thoughtful, Enjoyable, and Exciting Being!!! This is so, because God’s Word is God Himself!!!
As we receive these revelations, and experience His Living Presence through the sweet influence of the Holy Spirit, we are moved to share them. The Gospel is Good News, and as we hasten from place to place to tell it to others, God says that our feet are beautiful. We live in a world filled with problems, such as Crime, Sickness, Unemployment, Racism, and Human trafficking. In the midst of all these things, God bids us to proclaim His Peace as a balm to soothe troubled souls.
Jesus gives us His WORD so that we can have Peace in this WORLD of turmoil. He said that in the world we shall have tribulations, but we must be of Good Cheer, because He has overcome the world. (John 16:33) Jesus said, “Peace I leave with you, My Peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled neither let it be afraid.” (John 14:27) ‘Beautiful feet’ run with the Message that the God of Peace is in full control of ALL the affairs of this world, therefore, there is nothing to fear. The verse for today tells us, “YOUR GOD REIGNS!”
When we carry this Message of Peace, hearts are encouraged, hope springs up, and many receive strength to cope and carry on in spite of their problems and pain. This Precious Message Quiets the mind, and Cheers the spirit, as it lifts people up to behold a better world to come; a world in which there will be no more sickness, suffering, or sorrow. As we share God’s Peace, many souls are Transformed from being Troubled, as they learn to Trust in the reassuring Promises of God. God’s Peace in us, gives us the Power to TRIUMPH over our Tribulations, Tragedies, and Trials.
‘Beautiful feet’ run swiftly to carry the Message of God’s Sacrificial Love. Jesus would rather give up His Life, than give up on us. OH, WHAT LOVE!!! God sent His Son to die on a Cross, to save us from our sins, because He is not willing that any should perish. (John 3:16) God offers to the World His Love, Grace, Mercy, Forgiveness, and Compassion. He daily waits with WIDE OPEN ARMS, to WELCOME all who want to accept Him as their Father. He has a Perfect Life Plan for all who want to be His Children. TODAY, God wants you to run swiftly to Him, so that He can give you ‘Beautiful Feet’, then you will be READY to go with Him to His Heavenly Home.
